All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise selected. You will receive an email once your order has been process and shipped. Processing times is usually 2-4 business days. However we process orders as they are received.
If you placed an order on the weekend your order will be processed the next business day.
Local delivery for Philadelphia has been added if you are with a 6 miles radius for a flat rate fee of $6. Delivery instructions will be available at checkout.
If you receive free shipping as an discount offer. You order will be shipped Standard Regular Shipping once order has been processed.
Shipping rates are based on your shipping address, these rates comes directly from USPS. Shape it Up Sis LLC has no control over the shipping rate.

We offer exchange only. NO REFUNDS. we allow one exchange per order. Please be sure to read all item descriptions prior to purchasing. We do not accept damage return please send back in original bag. A store credit will be issued. Please note we have the right to refuse an exchange. Once approved a credit will be sent via email.
