order the size base on your waist line, First you need get the measurement of your waist line and then check our size chart at the left of the picture side, then you can get which size you need.

The chart is pretty accurate, so you can measure yourself with some tape measure. Otherwise, you can sort of guesstimate. For instance, if you're a size large shirt, I'd recommend a large. The only time I'd say this wouldn't work is if you get that size to fit your breasts rather than your stomach.
